Here, at Meadows Bee Farm, we prioritize using nature to teach us how to tend to gardens and other natural elements at the farm. We like to make everything we do cyclical… Turning natural waste into compost and making its way to the garden, and eventually back to natural waste…and so forth! Agroecology is combining the ideas of harmonious ecology to the agricultural methods at a farm. Making agroecology apart of a farms practice puts focus on ways to grow food, that agrees with the natural cycle the ecology of natural environments has been practicing long before humans were involved!
